BalconyTV Cluj/Kolozsvár and The Shelter launch a new common event-chain to present the local underground audience quality underground bands, artists and DJ`s from various music genres mostly from Romania, Hungary and from other countries in Europe.

buff – It all started as a series of ‘mickses’ carved in a bedroom somewhere, smoothened to perfection and made for his friends and for a narrow public. The motivation under the bonnet of Buff is to promote the smoothest and dancable electronic vibes out there. The range of his repertoire goes from indie remixes, nu-disco, through french touch and german deep house to his newest addictions: UK garage and future bass.
WORST – Bringing elements of funk, house and uk garage to their sound and blending forgotten tunes from the disco era with nu-disco beats from the 21 century, WORST come straight from Brasov with the bag full of positive vibes and groove delicious tunes that will instantly make you wanna lift your hands up in the air and dance until sunrise.
vekt! a.k.a Halmen József started to learn to play the classical guitar at the age of 13. He founded his first band in high school. Thanks to his brothers he listened to a lot of electronic music since childhood. At the age of 17 he started to produce and mix electronic music under the name of Fishman. At the end of high school he created a duo, Fishman ft. Barabas. At the beginning their parties were small, for friends only, but in a very short time they were invited to bigger clubs and festivals, to perform in front of a larger crowd. (Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Baia Mare, Miercurea Ciuc, Sfintu-Gheorghe, Tirgu-Mures, BOOHA college party,Peninsula, Electric Castle, Miercurius Festival, TIFF). Since 2013 Fishman is the resident dj of the Poetry Slam events in Transylvania. His varied sets include a wide range of underground music. In 2015 he was one of the winners of the Electric Castle DJ CONTEST.
