Panel speakers

Ovidiu Cîmpean is the Director of Local Developement Division at Cluj-Napoca City Hall, in charge with European funding projects and the Management of Innovation and Civic Imagination Centre of the city. He has a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences, Babes-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca, Master Degree in Compared European Political Studies and a Phd Degree in International Relations and European Studies.

Bogdan Colceriu, co-founders Trilulilu, CEO, cofounder and Ceo Frisbo, cofounder Risky Business, marketing consultant, serial entrepreneur. Expert in offline-offline transformation and e-commerce and person getting things done.

Marton Medveczky is an Investment Associate at Buran Venture Capital, a globally investing €100 million, fully-private, international VC fund focused on Series A investments. Buran typically invests 1m-3m per portfolio company. Marton is in charge of deal scouting throughout the CEE and is looking forward to sharing his insights on how to position startups to become international from early stage, and what makes a deal attractive for seed and Series A investment.

Mircea Vădan is co-founder at Startup Weekend and managing Partner at Activize, his focus has been working with startups and companies on the side of product management, accelerator programmes and delivering workshops on subjects such as defining products, customer validation, product metrics, customer acquisition and engagement and investments.
