Drahthaus is a live performing electronic quartet from Vienna. It has all started in 2015 as a techno project, but combines by now many influences and vibes from different genres, such as jazz, ambient trance or dub. Electronics and acoustics go naturally hand in hand – digital and analog are no longer opposites, but partners. Drahthaus sees itself not only as a music project, but as something bigger – a complete artwork. Therefore, a collective of designers, sound technicians and visual artists behind Drahthaus strengthen them to overcome barriers and find new rooms for exceptional artistic experiments. Connected via LAN, united by heart.
