The general objective of this conference is to reduce the economic and social disadvantages faced by women through entrepreneurship. This aligns with broader goals of promoting inclusion, diversity, equal opportunities, and supporting overall well-being, employment, economic growth, and sustainability.
Specific Objectives
– Identifying Barriers: Explore the main barriers women face in international entrepreneurship and propose practical solutions to overcome them.
– Overcoming Obstacles: Examine the primary challenges women encounter when setting up their businesses and in their entrepreneurial journeys.
– Support Systems: Provide support to help women overcome these barriers and obstacles effectively.
– Networking Opportunities: Create valuable opportunities for networking, mentoring, and training tailored to the needs of women entrepreneurs.
– Promoting Cooperation: Foster cooperation and networking between Estonian and Romanian women entrepreneurs.
– Learning and Implementation: Learn from the experiences of project partners and implement effective measures to achieve the cooperation objectives between the two countries.
