The Putreds este un grup format în anul 2015 prin alăturarea dintre îndrăgitul Macanache cu Radu Burcea (Moromete) la chitără, Silviu Ruta (Diego) la bass si Bogdan Valentin Bereuca (Boogie) la tobe.
Macanache a fost catalogat drept un maestru în arta rimelor freestyle, un personaj autentic al vremii sale și totodată unul dintre cei mai simpli și pasionați interpreți de muzică rap din cultura hip hop românească.
The Putreds abordeaza ca stil o fuziune dintre rap cu funk-rock, jazz si ska, o combinatie care putea sa iasa doar in aceasta formula si care detine, in momentul de fata, un sound unic si fresh pentru Romania.
