Cluj Grand Prix Rapid 2024

The second leg of the third edition of Romania Grand Prix will take place on 13-14 June in Cluj-Napoca, during SPORTS FESTIVAL.
This leg has an impressive prize pool consisting of 30.000 EURO. The winner will be awarded 5.000 EUR. 🏆
📅 SCHEDULE:
13.06.2024: Opening Ceremony & Technical Meeting 16:30
13.06.2024: Rounds 1-4 17:00
14.06.2024: Rounds 5-7 10:00
14.06.2024: Rounds 8-10 15:00
14.06.2024: Closing Ceremony 18:30
TOTAL PRIZE FUND 30.000 EUR
• For the general ranking, the prizes will be distributed according to the Hort system
according to the number of prizes announced
• All prizes will be awarded by bank transfer to the winners’ accounts within a maximum of 14 days of the end of the tournament.
• All prizes are taxable (10% of the amount exceeding 120 euro)
• If a player is not participating at the Closing Ceremony, the organizer can retain 20% of the prize.
🎫 PARTICIPATION FEE:
• Registration is considered completed only after the payment of the entry fee.
• Player’s entry fee is to be paid to the Organizer (Romanian Chess Federation), only after receiving the invoice:
▪ 50 euros if payments until 31.05.2024
▪ 65 euros if payments are made starting 01.06.2024
• GM, WGM – no entry fee
• The participation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after 08.06.2024.

• After registration, you will receive the invoice with the participation fee and possibly the accommodation and meal expenses. In the invoice you will find the bank accounts where you will have to make the payment

Grand Prix România continuă cu cea de-a doua etapă care va avea loc în Cluj-Napoca, în perioada 13-14 iunie, în sala BT ARENA, în cadrul festivalului SPORTS FESTIVAL.
Această etapă are un fond de premii impresionant, constând în 150.000 RON (30.000 EURO). Câștigătorul etapei va fi premiat cu 5.000 EURO. 🏆
📅 PROGRAM:
13.06.2024: Festivitatea de deschidere si Ședința Tehnică 16:30
13.06.2024: Rundele 1-4 17:00
14.06.2024: Rundele 5-7 10:00
14.06.2024: Rundele 8-10 15:00
14.06.2024: Festivitatea de premiere 18:30
FOND TOTAL DE PREMIERE: 150.000 LEI
• Toate premiile sunt impozabile (10% din suma ce depășește suma de 600 lei).
• Pentru clasamentul general, premiile vor fi distribuite conform sistemului Hort raportat la numărul premiilor anunțate.
• Toate premiile se vor acorda prin transfer bancar în conturile câștigătorilor în maxim 14 zile de la terminarea turneului

🎫 TAXA DE PARTICIPARE:
• Înscrierea la turneu se consideră efectuată doar după plata taxei de participare
• Toate plățile se vor efectua în contul Federației Române de Șah, după emiterea facturii:
• 250 lei – până în data de 31.05.2024
• 325 lei – începând cu data de 01.06.2024
• GM, WGM – fără taxă de participate
• Taxa de participare este nereturnabilă și netransferabilă după data de 08.06.2024.
• Ultima zi de înscriere este 11.06.2024!
