Julian M has been a pioneer in the Romanian Electronic Music scene since 1999. With a love for music, he actively organized the first electronic music events on the Black Sea coast. Julian produced radio shows on notable stations like Pro Fm and BIN Radio, and was a resident DJ at various venues. With over 2 decades of mixing experience, Julian M has performed at major festivals in Romania, including Electric Castle, Untold, and Neversea. He has also initiated events using vintage cassette tapes and equipment. Julian creates true musical journeys with his eclectic & groovy mix sets, spanning styles like Downtempo, Nu-Jazz, Broken-Beats, Funky House, Deep, and Nu-Disco.

UGLY ASTRONAUT

The origins of Ugly Astronaut’s music are based on a jazzy instrumental sound. However, they have now evolved into a highly colored space travel filled with soul. Indeed, Ugly Astronaut is a different kind of creature. Like an old machine that is evolving every second, he merges sounds and sets in a unique way. He is a true storyteller, a collector, and a real traveler in space and time. Ugly Astronaut brings you the Deep sounds of the universe, the Jazzy and Sleazy sounds of the sunny side of the galaxy, along with some Nu Disco grooves. From the misty side of the milky way, he finishes with some innovating Jackin & Chicago House feeling. As you may see, this astronaut is always ready for a launch into the sunny and dark sides of the universe with fluid sounds along the way.
